Booking & Cancellation Policy
Payment in advanced is required for first session appointments. Invoices will be sent via email and can be paid via PayPal, debit or credit card. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of appointments for privately funded individuals. The full fee is payable when this notice period is not received.
For organisations the cancellations terms are individually negotiated as part of the overall contract.
