Activities with the horses are designed to reflect real life issues.  This can help the team see where the problems are and find solutions.

EAP is an effective alternative to traditional ‘talk’ therapy especially beneficial for adolescents and families. It is a team approach consisting of a psychotherapist, a horse professional and a number of horses.
