Cumbria Therapies is directly opposite Greysteads private hotel on Norfolk Road.  From the St James' church end it is the last building on the right-hand side, Number 24.  It is about 20-25 minutes walk from Carlisle railway station.  It is are close to bus routes: 62, 62A, 69 and 75

Parking outside our centre is free and unrestricted for clients
   (Please park considerately for neighbours & clear of any driveways)

Drivers please note:
By road, there is no direct turn off Dalston Road. You need to approach from St James' Rd, Norfolk Street or Ferguson Road.
